Need to return or exchange an item? Scummy Bears will pay the return shipping cost on all domestic orders!
You may initiate a return/exchange on unused/unworn items purchased directly from our website within 30 days from when you placed your order. You will receive a full refund onto your original payment method once the item(s) are returned back to us.

Please note preorder items are not reserved until checkout is complete and your payment has been processed.
If a preorder item is marked "Sold Out" it means it is no longer available for purchase. Sorry fam!
Preorder items have estimated ship dates clearly marked under the PREORDER button.
If you purchase in-stock items in the same order, your in-stock items will ship normally in 1-2 business days.
You will receive separate tracking when your preorder ships at a later date.
