Order processing
In-stock orders generally leave our Southern California warehouse within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing and carrier delays can occur. Tracking is sent by email when available.

Express shipping
Available options and rates are shown at checkout.

International shipping
We ship to supported international destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and customs requirements unless checkout states otherwise.

If an international package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid duties, or another customer-caused issue, additional shipping payment is required before reshipment. Contact helpme@scummybears.com if tracking shows a package is lost, damaged, or misdelivered so we can review the available options. Nothing here limits mandatory delivery or consumer rights.
