Our accessibility approach

We work to improve the accessibility of our website and use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our current technical target. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we review new and updated content, features, and third-party integrations as part of that work.

If you have difficulty accessing any part of our website, completing a purchase, using an account or order feature, or obtaining information, email helpme@scummybears.com with Accessibility in the subject line.

Please include the page address and a brief description of the problem. If you are comfortable doing so, you may also tell us which browser, device, or assistive technology you were using. Please do not send sensitive personal or payment information by email.

We will review accessibility reports and make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information, product details, or service through an accessible alternative while we address the issue.

Third-party content and services

Some website features and services are provided by third parties. We evaluate accessibility concerns involving those services and work with providers where appropriate, but some aspects of their accessibility may be outside our direct control. Contact us if a third-party feature creates a barrier so we can help provide an alternative.
