If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of placing your order.
All returned products must be in unused and brand new condition. If the product is used, damaged, or does not have the tags on it, we can’t take it back! This includes visible signs of use including deodorant stains, perfume/cologne scents, etc. We are not responsible for reimbursing you for shipping fees (unless the item came damaged or defective, then we got your back on shipping).

Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made on Returns postmarked after 30 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.  

We can’t accept returns on everything. For hygienic reasons, certain items like hosiery, undergarments, and pasties may only be returned to us in an unopened package.
Due to the medical and sanitary nature of masks, we do not accept returns or exchanges on mask sales at this time. All mask sales are final. 

Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
If you return an item that qualified for a BOGO, you must return both items. If you do not return the BOGO item you will be charged the retail price for the item you keep.

If an item you ordered does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size or a different product. If you select a new product, it must be for equal or lesser value.

Once we have this info we will walk you through the exchange process. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping 

Once we receive your return item(s) back to our warehouse, we will process your exchange. Please include a letter stating the reason for your exchange and what you would like it replaced with.

All exchanged items must be in brand new condition and still include original tags. If we deem your item as used, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees to have your item returned to you (unless the item came damaged or defective, then we got your back on shipping).
If the return was due to an error on our side, we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return and provide a USPS paid shipping label via email for orders within the United States.

If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
While Scummy Bears ships worldwide, due to the varying nature of shipping overseas we cannot guarantee delivery to your door once the item leaves our warehouse. This means once your order leaves our factory, you are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees your country may require at customs. Lost/damaged items for international orders will not be replaced. Please double check you have entered the correct shipping information at checkout and be sure to look up your tracking number and follow your package along after we send it. Thank you for understanding!

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card/bank issuer) after the refund has been processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We offer Route as a 3rd party protection service that you can add to your order to prevent the unexpected from occurring after your package leaves our warehouse. Route Policy provides shipping insurance for customers’ online purchases that are lost or damaged while in transit or “porch pirated” (“porch pirated” meaning the carrier reports the status as “delivered” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and a police report has been filed)

  • Routes optional protection is offered to you solely in order to effectuate the shipment of your package(s).
  • Customers will receive a separate email from Route with Claim protection information

Please note Route is a 3rd-party platform and not run directly by Scummy Bears. Route fee paid by the customer is a non-refundable insurance protection fee.
