EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Need to return something? Scummy Bears offers hassle-free returns and exchanges in the form of store credit within 30 days of receiving your package. Once we get your return checked into our warehouse, you will receive your credit and can quickly reorder and get exactly what you’re looking for. 

REFUND FAQ

  • Eligible refunds and exchanges are always issued as store credit
  • Some items are not eligible for returns, please read more about this below
  • When you send in a return, be sure to hang onto your tracking info in case we need it
  • It can take between 5-10 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received
  • Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order
  • Our Quality Control Team reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not approve the condition of the item(s) you send back
  • If you abuse our returns system, we will flag yo ass and you won’t be able to return stuff any more
  • We back up our stuff 100% and will make it right if it’s something we screwed up

 WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

  • Anything visibly worn, washed or missing its original packaging or tags
  • Footwear that looks like it was worn for anything more than trying on
  • Swimwear, bodysuits (without lining), intimates, undergarments and masks due to hygiene reasons
  • Accessories that have been opened or removed from their original packaging

If you try and return any ineligible stuff we will def notice and perform an ancient bear ritual over top of your ineligible items. We also won’t give you a store credit, nor will we send your stuff back, so don’t do that!

FINAL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE (BOGO)

If you return an item that qualified for a BOGO, you must return both items. If you do not return the BOGO item you will be charged the retail price for the item you keep.

CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?

If you need a different color or a different size, please initiate a return and you will be able to purchase whatever you want with store credit once your return is received.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

That would def be an issue and we need to know ASAP so we can help you out (please do not wait 30 days!!). If the item is defective, the wrong size, wrong color, etc. please take a photo clearly showing the problem and send us an email at helpme@scummybears.com with your order number and a short description of what is going on. We back up our stuff 100% and will make it right if it’s something we screwed up. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Print your return instructions, label and packing slip and follow these 3 easy steps to send back your return for FREE:

  1. Put your shipping label on your return packaging
  2. Pack up your return & make sure you include your packing slip
  3. Drop off your return at a USPS location

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER IF I’M OUTSIDE THE USA?

It’s a little more complicated, but we got you covered!

Be sure to hang onto your tracking number as international packages tend to take awhile to be delivered and we might need it at some point in the process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE A RETURN TO PROCESS?

Well first your package has to get back to our warehouse, then we gotta check it out before issuing your credit. Once we have your package (hehehehe) it usually takes around 5-10 business days to get your credit. If it’s an emergency (like the festival date is coming up fast) we totally get it -- plz message us at helpme@scummybears.com and we will see what we can do for you.

HOW AND WHERE DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once your return order is received at our warehouse and checked by our Quality Control Team, we will send you an email with your credit info. You will then be able to use the credit towards your next order.
