Thanks for signing up! We're reviewing your account now. Once approved, you'll receive an email with a link to set your password and start shopping.

Prepare Your Resale Certificate

To mark your account as tax-exempt for future orders, please locate and prepare your Resale Certificate (also known as a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate). This document confirms that you're purchasing goods for resale, not personal use, and allows us to waive sales tax on qualifying orders.

What to Include in Your Resale Certificate:

Your business name

Your state-issued sales tax ID number

Your state of operation

A clear statement that the goods are being purchased for resale

Your signature and date

Some states have their own resale certificate forms.

Be sure to check with your local jurisdiction or tax authority to confirm what’s required.

We’ll need this document on file before we can apply tax exemption to your account.

We are looking forward to working with you!
