READY TO SHIP: If your size is available as READY TO SHIP, choose that option and your items will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

MADE TO ORDER: If the item you want is not available in your size as a READY TO SHIP item, then select MADE TO ORDER. Because bears don’t have thumbs or know how to make clothing, it takes about 5-10 business days (that's Monday-Friday not including holidays) before your items will leave our warehouse.

SHIPPING NOTE: If some of the items in your order are READY TO SHIP and some are MADE TO ORDER, you may receive multiple shipments. This is completely normal.

Need to return or exchange an item? Scummy Bears will pay the return shipping cost! 

You may initiate a return/exchange on unused/unworn items purchased directly from our website within 30 days from when you placed your order. You will receive a full refund onto your original payment method once the item(s) are returned back to us. In most cases you will be given an instant store credit to shop for something new as soon as you initiate the return. That means you can shop instantly before you even send the item back!
