A NOTE ABOUT CLOAKS: Our cloaks take a little extra love (and time) to create. If you select Made To Order, please be patient as it can take 1-3 weeks for your item(s) to leave our warehouse, especially during busy seasons.
READY TO SHIP: If your size is available as READY TO SHIP, choose that option and your items will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
MADE TO ORDER: If the item you want is not available in your size as a READY TO SHIP item, then select MADE TO ORDER. Because bears don’t have thumbs or know how to make clothing, it takes about 5-10 business days (that's Monday-Friday not including holidays) before your items will leave our warehouse.
SHIPPING NOTE: If some of the items in your order are READY TO SHIP and some are MADE TO ORDER, you may receive multiple shipments. This is completely normal.

You may initiate a return/exchange on unused/unworn items purchased directly from our website within 30 days from when you placed your order. You will receive a full refund onto your original payment method once the item(s) are returned back to us.
