Note: Masks are measured diagonally when fully stretched. Please note that due to the spandex in the product, your mask may appear smaller than its listed size until worn.

Shipping Info

READY TO SHIP: If your item is available as READY TO SHIP, choose that option and your item will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

 

MADE TO ORDER: If the item you want is not available in your size as a READY TO SHIP item, then select MADE TO ORDER. Because bears don’t have thumbs or know how to make clothing, it takes about 5-10 business days (that's Monday-Friday not including holidays) before your items will leave our warehouse.

 

SHIPPING NOTE: If some of the items in your order are READY TO SHIP and some are MADE TO ORDER, you may receive multiple shipments. This is completely normal.

Due to this being a personal hygiene product, all sales of masks are final (unless we mess something up, then we will gladly exchange). Thank you for understanding!
